Investment Criteria 

Well-located, high-quality, income-producing commercial properties with solid real estate fundamentals are our preferred investments.  PREF seeks opportunities in metropolitan areas throughout the Southeast.  Our familiarity with these markets and our relationships with local real estate professionals enable us to capitalize on the best opportunities.

The preferred deal size is variable based on a particular investor or investor group.  For individual investors, transactions in the $1-$5 million range are ideal.  For large private funds, deal size ranges from $10-30 million.

PREF pursues acquisition opportunities that put our asset management expertise to work.  Our property-specific strategies are crafted to increase revenue flow and create value.
