Stan Sonenshine
Stan Sonenshine serves as president and is responsible for business development, strategic planning, client relations, acquisitions and asset management. With 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Stan has been involved in several aspects of the industry. His vast knowledge brings a practical approach to property evaluation and ownership, ensuring optimum portfolio performance. He has held executive positions with some of the most recognized firms in Atlanta real estate such as The Simpson Organization, Peterson Properties and Hooker Barnes. Stan’s select accomplishments include the acquisition of 14 properties totaling 1.2 million square feet and valued at $100 million; raising $10 million in investment capital; and the development of over 2.5 million square feet of office and warehouse properties.
Stan is active in the Atlanta Jewish community. He has served on the executive committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and has presided over the boards of directors of several of its agencies. He currently sits on the Board of the Sandy Springs Community Action Committee, a non-profit organization which helps the area's homeless and The Standard Club where he also chairs the House Committee. Previously he was president of the Georgia Chapter of NAIOP and the Peachtree Corners Developers Association and was a participant in Leadership Gwinnett. Stan earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Columbia University and a master’s degree in real estate and urban affairs from Georgia State University.
Steve Rothschild
Steve Rothschild serves as Partner and is responsible for investor relations, business development, tax credits and company operations. Steve has been in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years and has held various executive positions with reputable firms such as Cushman and Wakefield, Premisys, Faison Enterprises and Insignia ESG. His experience as a tenant representative broker, developer and asset manager affords him the ability to provide a unique perspective in a variety of real estate situations. Steve was involved with leasing and pre- development of the last phase of a 2.1 million-square foot office park; he assisted in the formation of a services company to advise on a $21 billion real estate portfolio and the formation of an asset services group to orchestrate leasing for a subsidiary of UPS; and the asset management of a 4.5 million-square foot office portfolio for Insignia ESG.
Steve is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of Realtors, Association for Corporate Growth, Southeast Hedge Fund Association, Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC), Rotary, and the Business Forum. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Buckhead Club and the Board. Steve is a founder of The Foundation for Mitochondrial Medicine as well as a founder of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Will’s Club. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
